A: Bowsers is the manufacturer of a specialty line of pet beds and accessories. We sell strictly through our extensive network of dealers across North America. | Q: What breed are are dogs shown on your website? |
A: The dogs shown on our website are our own beloved pets, Drum, Bree and Robin. They are Hungarian Vizslas. They are known for their regal, yet fun-loving disposition and their rich rust-colored coat.

| Q: How do I wash my bed ? |
| A: All our products have zippered covers that can be easily removed for machine wash and dry. Wash on cool setting and tumble dry on cool. For best results, re-zip covers before washing. For detailed washing instructions by product, please refer to product page. |

| Q: Can I buy replacement parts for my bed? |
| A: Yes. We sell replacement inners (bolsters, pillows) as well as covers. Please refer to Replacement Parts under the product section. |

| Q: Can I wash the inner cushion of the Donut Bed, Double-Donut and Dutchie beds? |
A: Yes ! All these cushions are “tufted” to ensure fibre does not clump or shift when washing. Put the entire cushion in the washing machine. Handy tip – to “fluff up” your cushion, put a old tennis ball or running shoe in the dryer with your cushion. For detailed washing instructions by product, please refer to product page.

| Q: What size bed does my pet need? |
A: Please refer to our sizing chart by breed and weight under each product page. Please note, these are general guidelines only. As a rule, if you are not sure, or your dog likes to stretch out, pick the bigger size.

| Q: What should I do if I have ordered the wrong size ? |
A: Please contact the dealer from which you purchased you bed. Please refer to the “Bill-To” contact on your pack slip contained in your shipment. Bowsers will not accept returns without pre-authorization.

| Q: Does Bowsers accept “custom” orders ? |
A: Yes. Any item variation not listed on our website can be quoted on an individual basis. Please contact your local dealer. Bowsers will also make any bed in a fabric provided by our customers.

| Q: How long will it take to get my order ? |
A: Please allow up to 14 days for delivery.

| Q: Will hair stick to the microvelvet fabric ? |
A: No. This is one of the single biggest misconceptions. This remarkable fabric actually repels pet hair, dirt and moisture. In fact, most of our customers simply vacuum or shake-off pet hair!!

| Q: I live in California – will the microvelvet fabric be too “hot” for my dog ? |
A: Microvelvet is suitable for all climates. This breathable fabric is “cool” in the summer and cozy in the cooler winter months.

| Q: What is your most durable fabric ? |
A: Although all our fabrics are furniture weight, our strongest fabrics are the microvelvets. These fabrics are constructed with nylon making them 6 – 8 times stronger than cottons. They stand up best to repeated washing and wear and maintain their great look and feel for years. Best of all, the microvelvets get softer after every wash.

| Q: What are your beds filled with ? |
A: We use the highest quality, furniture-grade, 100% virgin polyester fibre fill for superior loft and resilience. Although the fill we use is more expensive than traditional fills such as cedar, foam or recycled fibre, our beds will not flatten out “like a pancake” after only limited use.

| Q: Will the Back Seat Cover fit my vehicle? |
A: Our seat cover was designed to fit a broad range of vehicles. Your vehicle must have fold-down seats or be accessible from the back (eg: vans) for this seat cover to fit properly. Elastric straps must be placed around the back of the seat for secure fit. Please refer to the Product page for more detailed explanation.

| Q: Do you make Donut Beds for cats ? |
A: Yes. We would recommend the SML or XS size Donut Beds. The SML would be a great size for two cats to share.

| Q: My tube (bolster) on my donut bed is “gaping” in some parts. What can I do? |
| A: Depending on how pets lay, the fibre in the bolster may shift into one spot leaving spaces in the tube without adequate fill. Take the tube at the end and “shake-it” downwards to even out fibre. Replacement parts are available if your dog has damaged the bolster. |
