Bowsers ships via UPS Ground throughout Canada and the contiguous United States.
For international orders outside these regions, please contact us at sales@bowsers.com to request a shipping quote.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
All Bowsers beds and accessories are individually made to order in our North American facilities. Please allow 10–14 days from your order date for production and delivery.
Note: Lead times may be extended during peak periods from October to December.
Packaging & Delivery
To preserve the structure and quality of our products, all items are shipped fully assembled and never vacuum-packed (excluding our Crates & Yugen Lounger). Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate boxes.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your invoice and UPS tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
U.S. Customers
All orders shipped to the U.S. are covered under USMCA regulations. You will incur no additional duties, tariffs, or brokerage fees upon delivery.
