Clear photos showing the concern or defect
Each claim is reviewed by our Quality Assurance team. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Bowsers will offer a refund, replacement, or suitable substitute, depending on the nature of the issue. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
Please note that while our beds are made using durable, upholstery-grade fabrics, warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by chewing, excessive wear, or misuse.
