All content on this Site, including images, designs, text, illustrations, videos, and other materials, is the property of Bowsers or our authorized partners and is protected under Canadian and United States copyright laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names displayed on this Site are the exclusive property of Bowsers. Unauthorized use of any marks is strictly prohibited.

4. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance by Bowsers. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues. If an order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

5. Pricing and Payments

Prices
Product prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) for orders shipped within Canada and United States dollars (USD) for orders shipped to the contiguous United States. Prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Payments
All payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and other payment options made available at checkout.

6. Product Specifications and Variations

We strive to represent our products accurately. However, colors may vary based on screen settings, and minor fabric dye lot variations may occur. These variations are inherent to textile production and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bowsers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase or use of Products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
