All of our soft goods are made in-house at our 40,000 sq. ft. facility in Toronto, Canada. Our experienced team of skilled sewers, cutters, and assemblers ensure a consistently high standard of quality and craftsmanship.

Our crates and feeders are designed in Canada and produced by carefully selected partners overseas. We maintain strict quality control standards for all products, regardless of origin.

Unlike most pet brands that manufacture overseas, Bowsers soft goods are made entirely in North America using upholstery-grade materials. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, fast lead times, and direct control over every step of production.

We prioritize long-lasting materials, clean design, and reliable construction. While many companies cut costs with cheaper fill and imported fabrics, we’ve stayed committed to durability, aesthetics, and North American sourcing.

We use only high-quality, upholstery-grade fills to provide comfort, structure, and support.

• Used in bolsters and pillows. This premium fill resists matting and maintains loft for long-term comfort.

• Used in bottom cushion inserts (e.g., Donut Bed). Dense and supportive with a sleek profile.

• Used in structured beds (e.g., Urban Lounger). A combination of furniture-grade foam and polyester fibre for support and comfort.
  
• Used in orthopedic beds and mats (e.g., Oslo Ortho). Provides superior cushioning and helps regulate temperature.
  

We never use low-cost alternatives like foam chips, batting, or cedar fill.

We offer over 100 upholstery-grade fabrics sourced from top U.S. mills. All are selected for their durability, washability, and elevated design.

No. All of our fabrics are made by Oeko-Tex certified mills in the United States. This means they are free from harmful chemicals including VOCs, formaldehyde, phthalates, and flame retardants.

Yes. All Bowsers beds are designed with practicality in mind.

• All covers are zippered and machine-washable.
  
• Most mats are designed to be washed as-is, using our tufted or single-stitch construction.
  
• These should be hand-washed only.

While our fabrics are extremely durable, they are not chew-proof. No textile product is completely resistant to sharp puppy teeth or aggressive chewing behavior.

For teething puppies or dogs with chewing habits, we recommend starting with a lower-profile mat or crate bed until fully trained.

We specialize in bolster-style beds, ideal for dogs who like to curl up. For dogs who prefer to stretch out, we offer low-profile and orthopedic options.

Yes. We offer several orthopedic and easy-entry designs tailored to aging dogs:

• Oslo Ortho, Isotonic Mattress, Cool Gel Mat, Divine Futon
  
• Scoop Bed and Crescent Bed (lower front for easier entry)

Most beds and mats are made to order. Please allow 10 to 14 days for production and processing. Shipping time is additional and varies by location.

During peak seasons (October to December), production time may be extended slightly.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking typically activates within 24–48 hours.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. We work with trusted carriers to ensure fast, reliable service.

We currently ship across Canada and the continental United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

No. Because our products are made in Canada, they qualify under North American trade agreements. U.S. customers will not be charged additional duties or import taxes.

Most products arrive fully assembled. The exceptions are:
